1.2 Eligibility

1.3 Contract Formation and Non-Refundable Services
When you purchase an evaluation, you enter into a binding contract for a non-refundable digital simulation service.
All evaluation fees are strictly non-refundable. Refunds are not issued for:
• evaluation failure
• rule violations
• user mistakes
• account termination
• technical issues
• voluntary cancellation
All purchases are final.
2. Our Services
Norvexa Capital provides simulated trading evaluations designed to measure trading skill, consistency, and risk management.
• All trading takes place on demo accounts.
• No real capital is traded at any stage.
• Any payouts issued by Norvexa Capital are performance-based rewards, not profits from live-market trading.
Norvexa Capital is not a broker and does not provide financial or investment services.
3. Intellectual Property and Data Rights
All content on the Norvexa Capital website is owned or licensed by Norvexa Capital.
You receive a limited, non-transferable license to access the Services solely for participation in evaluation programs.
3.1 Data Usage and Analytics
By using our Services, you grant Norvexa Capital permission to collect, store, and analyze trading activity for purposes such as:
• internal analytics
• risk monitoring
• performance evaluation
• fraud prevention
• platform improvement
Data may be shared in anonymized or aggregated form.
4. User Representations
By using the Services, you confirm that:
• all information provided is accurate
• you will comply with all rules and conditions
• you understand all accounts are simulated
• you will not abuse, manipulate, or misuse the platform
5. Evaluation Rules and Failure Conditions
Evaluation rules, risk parameters, and monitoring requirements are shown in your dashboard and form part of these Terms.
Any rule breach results in:
• immediate evaluation failure
• account termination
• no refund
Dashboard rules override any other written descriptions.
6. User Account Management
6.1 Registration and Security
You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and all activity under your account.
6.2 Suspension and Termination
Norvexa Capital may suspend or terminate accounts for:
• rule violations
• suspicious or abusive behavior
• platform exploitation
• fraudulent or incorrect information
• reputational risk
We may reset accounts, adjust settings, or nullify trades to maintain platform integrity.
6.3 Inactive Accounts
Accounts with no trading activity for 30 days may be paused or closed.
7. Public Communication and Reputation
Users must not publish false, misleading, or harmful statements about Norvexa Capital.
We may take administrative or legal action regarding defamatory or malicious communications.
8. Demo Environment and Limitations
8.1 Simulated Environment
All accounts operate entirely on simulated capital. No live-market execution occurs.
8.2 Service Availability
Norvexa Capital provides services on an “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, platform stability, or error-free performance.
8.3 Payout Review
Payouts may be reviewed, delayed, or withheld if:
• suspicious activity is detected
• additional verification is required
• rule compliance is under investigation
9. Prohibited Trading Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
• latency arbitrage
• exploiting incorrect price feeds
• hedging across multiple accounts
• mirrored or coordinated trading
• copy trading from external sources
• high-frequency bot systems
• non-market-conforming strategies
• exploiting demo environment limitations
Violations result in immediate termination without refund.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Norvexa Capital from any claims, losses, or damages arising from:
• your misuse of the Services
• violation of these Terms
• harmful or illegal behavior
• reputational damage caused by public statements
11. Limitation of Liability
Norvexa Capital’s liability is limited to the total amount you paid within the last twelve months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration or legal proceedings held in Dubai, UAE.
Users waive the right to participate in class actions or collective lawsuits.

Norvexa Capital may update evaluation rules, payout processes, or program conditions at any time. Continued use of the Services indicates acceptance of updated rules.
14. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback results in:
• termination of all accounts
• forfeiture of all payouts
• permanent ban from Norvexa Capital
• reporting of dispute details to payment processors
All payments are final.
